Adele began her career in Long Term Care in 2004 as a Ward Clerk. She was then promoted to various positions within the organization from Admin/Nursing Assistant to Programs Manager. She joined Cedarvale Terrace in 2011 as a Client Services Manager and transitioned into the role of Administrator in 2012.

Adele enjoys leading her team with an interdisciplinary approach and ensures that individualized quality care and services are provided to all residents, families and staff at Cedarvale Terrace LTCH.

Adele graduated from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology from the Social Services in Gerontology program and has completed the OANHSS Administrator Certification Course.

Maureen comes to Cedarvale Terrace as Director of Nursing with 21 years of Long Term Care experience. A Registered Nurse and graduate of Ryerson University, Maureen spent 14 years at King City Lodge and most recently at Mill Creek Care Centre in Barrie as Director of Nursing. Maureen has a passion for people, and enjoys the excitement and challenges of new opportunities. She is looking forward to working collaboratively with the team to achieve quality care for our residents. In her spare time Maureen enjoys relaxing at the cottage, and the arts. If you canít find her there you might find her on the slopes or traveling exploring new places and learning about different cultures.
